Social Accountability Policy

THE ORGANISATION is committed, to conform with all the requirements of SA 8000 : 2014 standards, to comply with all local / national / other applicable laws and other requirements to which the company subscribes, to respect the international instruments as listed in normative elements and their interpretations, to review and improve continually, by effective documentation, implementation and communication to all personnel, to make this policy publicly available and accessible to all interested parties upon request and to encourage all its suppliers / contractors to comply with the policy of SA 8000 : 2014 standards.

Ethical POLICY

Employees and staff members are the backbones of our organization . We have a social responsibility, constitutional opportunity and a moral obligation to help them and their families.

We follow all statutory obligations in the field of health and safety at work. Accordingly, we regularly carry out employee training in the field of health and safety at work, as well as fire safety. Each work unit has a sufficient number of employees who are trained to offer first aid.

We act strictly against any use of forced labor or any labor less than 18 years of age. Child labor perpetuates poverty, illiteracy , unemployment, population growth and other social problems. Child slavery is a crime against humanity. Humanity itself is at stake here.

Fair Wages

We pay at least the minimum total compensation required by local law, including all mandated wages, allowances and benefits.

Future professional growth is based on the individual performance which is recognized and considered accordingly rather than on the basis of personal characteristics or beliefs.

Every employee in our organization has autonomy and there is no discrimination against anyone.

We continuously aim to provide our employees with the adequate working conditions that are free from sexual harassment , bullying and comply with all applicable worker safety laws and regulations.

The role of women in the development of society is of utmost importance and due care is taken to ensure equality and safety.

We always ensure our HR department acts independently and remains unbiased with respect to the employer or the subject of the complaint. Objective handling of employee grievance is facilitated at all times which keeps the sanctity of all parties intact and promotes quick resolution and satisfaction.
